At Scallywag’s Fish Bowl, we ship from both our own aquarium and trusted partners, so shipping times and carriers vary depending on what you order. Please read below for details on each type of product we offer.

Live Fish, Invertebrates & Aquatic Plants

We only ship within the United States, to areas where shipping live animals is permitted by law.

  • Shipping Method: All fish and inverts ship overnight to ensure safe arrival.

  • Shipping Days: Monday through Thursday only

  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST on Thursday will ship the following Monday

  • Live Arrival Guarantee: Covered by our Arrive Alive Guarantee

Handmade Tufted Rugs

Rugs are made and shipped directly from our shop in the U.S.

  • Processing Time: 5–7 business days

  • Shipping Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL

  • Shipping Locations: Domestic and international

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on size and destination

Print-on-Demand Merch (Apparel, Mugs, Stickers, etc.)

Our merch is made to order and fulfilled by Printify's global network of print providers.

  • Processing Time: 2–7 business days before shipping

  • USA Shipping: Economy

  • International Shipping: Standard

  • Shipping Costs: Displayed at checkout based on destination

Please note that Printify items may ship separately from the rest of your order.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be provided via email as soon as your order ships. If your order contains items from multiple categories (like fish and apparel), you’ll receive tracking separately for each shipment.
